Exactly😂😂 I was watching this video without even noticing how long it was (30 min) cause I was so mesmerised and it was so captivating watching Chan. He's just so caring and wonderful. the "back of the line" thing stood out to me because in a wolf pack when they travel, the youngest/ weakest members are put in the front and the set the pace while the alpha/ leader stays at the back to make sure no one is left behind and that predators can't sneak up on them. He really is like the alpha of the wolf pack keeping his family safe.

He is one of the few men I could say I would trust without much doubt and that's a lot coming from me. I know I will probably never meet him or know him personally, but he has a little piece of my heart. I hope Im lucky enough to find someone half as caring and loving as him one day.

I just feel like he’s such a down to earth guy who takes the opportunity to appreciate what’s in front of him anytime he can. Bangchan is just a different breed of leader. He is older than them and he sees them as his siblings, people he has to protect, people he has to continuously love, people he needs to always be there for. His priorities is not making music, dancing, or overall being an idol, it’s Straykids it’s his kids he needs to take of first. He so sacrificing and I respect him 100 times more than I already did. He is made bye God! I love him very much and he raised my standard by 8000000 like homie is so perfect and amazing and I love him for just being him you know

I didn't realize this was 30 mins long when I clicked on it, but every second of it was worth. I could watch chan and the rest of the kids for days non-stop.
I feel like his love comes from that period of loneliness he felt when he was was trainee... I heard all his trainee friends end up leaving or kicked out so there was a long period where he was alone...
Now he feels really happy that there is people around him and he can protect them
Being in training for 7 years makes him grateful for every single moment with his kids now
I was promoted to a group leader position at work and came back to this video as "leadership training"... there's no workshop better than this

Its soo sad that in a vlive someone commented 'Kill yourself', it was horrifying and whenever I watch videos of Chan I always remember that. I was like how can someone say such a thing to this man who clearly has the purest heart like whyyyyyy😭😭
What makes stray kids so different is that they chose this. Chan was given free will and choice of who he wanted to work with anyone of them could have said no and walked away. They all actively chose to be a team, to be together. Chan knew that he was going to be responsible for them, that he was going to be the leader. Their success or failure was on him and he has always taken that seriously. He took them in and has never regretted it

I'm new to kpop and stray kids and i can honestly say that i never in my life have seen ppl like them. Ever. They are so sweet and caring and loving to each other it really melts your heart to watch. Bang Chan is such a devoted Hyung. Good leader. Dedicated professional. Decent human being. I am glad that what ever really happened with Hyunjin has been dealt with professionally, and he is back and being included/ promoted again.
I never imagined I would ever found a leader who have the same vibes like RM. I means a lot of other great leaders out there but Bang Chan hits differently. And the fact that he's Australian and not Korean but is given the authority to be not just a leader who leads 7 talented kids but someone that the members could look up to and rely on are what made me respect him even more. Haven't seen the live of Chan (around 4 minutes in the video) before, bcz I'm still a baby stay, but damn it's amazing how he switches between English and Korean. The changes are so fluent I sometimes noticed only after a few seconds that he's speaking Korean again and that I have to look at the subtitles.
