Trying Kuretake watercolours | Sacred geometry painting

Holland M here - trying out Kuretake watercolours for the first time, and seeing what mixes I can get from three muted primaries. Painting over a sacred geometry drawing that I made earlier with a Micron pen.

I got my paints on Ebay from www.ebay.co.uk... and the colours were No. 60 Cobalt Blue, No 35 Carmine, and No 44 Yellow Ochre. My brushes are Winsor & Newton's synthetic Cotman range, and the paper is from a Studio Artway watercolour sketchbook: www.amazon.co....
The pallette I recommend at the end as a cheaper alternative to Kuretake is Mozart's Komorebi watercolour set. The RRP for this is about £25 but you can often get it new on Ebay for about £10 or £12.
The forest painting at the end is from a Domestika tutorial: www.domestika.... and you can find the tutor on UA-cam at @katarzyna_kmiecik_art (I didn't do the tutorial perfectly, but the tutor's version is amazing!)
