A lot of people think Tim might have been flirting with her, but I think he was putting 2 and 2 together. The look on his face after he's turning away from the elevator after exiting kinda says he's suspicious. Thoughts?

That whole elevator scene made me sick. She was definitely inappropriately flirting and Tim's smiling and body language made me uncomfortable. However, I was glad to see that his reaction to her last comment appeared as if he, too, thought she was inappropriate.
@LBDBeauty not worried about Tim's behavior at all. Tim was special ops military and his ex-wife was undercover Narc plus he is great at undercover himself. He is great at playing a role when he needs to. Look back at the pilot when Tim first introduced himself to Jackson before he knew who he was, he came a crossed as harsh and a little off the rails not Tim at all, then he got assigned to Lucy, and all he did was stare at her. He wasn't really trying to intimate her but was really trying to size her up and was people watching. Trying to get in her mind before he got her in the car and started training her. Doc was right.... he is VERY insightful and knows things before others.

I think he was just setting a boundary and being nice about it (at that moment he had no reason to dislike her if she was helpful during his emergency session) but he got uncomfortable after she said that she was looking forward to their next session.
This scene made me physically ill. The flirting! She is SO inappropriate and I HATE the way he was smiling and leaning in towards her. Thankfully, even he peeped her inappropriate and flirty comment at the end.
