Young man, you seem to forget that 1. we're dealing here with a Letter Of Intent. That is: it's NOT even a written AGREEMENT; 2. SA is a country where there's SEPARATION OF POWERS. Which means that NO MATTER WHAT is agreed, the DA can NOT take the ANC to court in breach of agreement; 3. the proof of the pudding is in the eating: let's assume that CR agrees with the majority of the demands except a WHITE 'VIP': NOW WHAT?????????? What I'm trying to convey is that THE POSITION OF THE DA, GIVEN THAT CR. IS SWORN IN IS...........OVERRATED, OVERRATED, OVERRATED. If CR says NJET to certain 'irrational demands' THE DA HAS NO LEGS TO STAND ON. So, I'd suggest that we shouldn't get carried away with 'written agreeements'. As the saying goes in Dutch: PAPIER IS GEDULDIG!! (google it!!)
