TROMBE TYPE REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must be primarily black and red. 2. Must be ridiculously fast and agile. 3. Pilot must be badass as fuck. Paper-thin disguises optional. 4. Theme song must override all other theme songs when played, with certain exceptions, e.g. JAM Project and waltzes.
Trombe is the name of his beloved horse who died along with his wife during the Elpis incident. The horse itself is named after the trombe wall, an invention used to capture light as a heating source. Thus he calls his robots Trombe in memory of his horse as well as a testament to their speed.
Probably because the three games they have brought to the US (OG1, OG2, and OG Saga) didn't sell too well. And this game would potentially require them to hire English voice actors... or just get some translators working on it. And basically an American publisher would need to be willing to pick it up and do that stuff probably.
Personally, the attacks of the OGS version were better (with the exception of the Tatsumaki Zankanto) than the silly acrobatics of the 2nd OG/Moon Dwellers.
