Thank you for this video. The restaurant with the fishing looks really cool (of course not for the fish 🙂). I would have found it creepy to stay in the capsule hotel, being there alone and with the hotel closing two days later. It looked a bit like out of a horror movie in there (it was nice and clean, but scary).
@@swissfoodie3542 "Scary"? As someone with severe social anxiety, it would be awesome to have the place mostly to myself. One of the things I don't like about capsule hotels is that you don't have an actual, locking door. If there was no one else around, I wouldn't feel so vulnerable.
I asked Google why it closed, and it said it wasn't publicly disclosed, but it said it closed in 2025! 🤷🏼♀️ It looked so eerie as you were alone but I felt so bad for the owner. It really looked like it was probably a busy place at one time. I couldn't ever stay in a capsule hotel because I snore so loudly though I'm absolutely willing to try 😜 I can imagine people talking about the gaijin who kept everyone awake. 😂 Osaka is somewhere I wanted to visit but those crowds of people! Holy Doodle!
DId you see all of the negative reviews? Apparently, there's a regular hotel side in addition to the capsule side. The biggest complaints were that the place wasn't very clean and the game equipment old and not clean either.
I remember seeing this hotel on another channel. Don't recommend drinking while going to the red room. Just watching the red room felt weird. Couldn't imagine being there and buzzed 😮
No offence but a broken tab wouldn’t stop an old beer drinker from getting into that can, I saw a spoon or a fork on the table. Obviously you never partied in the Forrest when you were younger and needed to get into a beer with no tab! Lol. Awesome video!

Shockingly cheap, yes I understand it is a box, but it is a warm, dry place to rest for the night. Even a cheap hostel wouldn't be cheaper.
