  • My dream-home is ALMOST DONE! With time ticking and me being days away from losing the loan on my dream-home, I am pushing to cross the finish-line. I have been impressed with the progress so far and seeing the finishes come out has been exciting! Material shortages, market fluctuations, and other delays have brought some major stress into this project. But, seeing the finer details installed has definitely been exciting and relieving. In this video, I go through all of the new details before I reveal the finished product!
Investing in real estate for the last 10 years, Chandler David Smith currently owns over $25 million worth of rental real estate. During this time, he has had some great experiences by being able to share his passion alongside his family and buddies as he has seen them absolutely crush it when it comes to the investing world. More importantly, he has been able to share his expertise with others and learned invaluable lessons from his loved ones along the way.
Chandler dives DEEP into all of the ins-and-outs of his dream home, what it’s costing, the features and unique touch him and his family will put into it, and some other new tidbits. But, keep in mind that there is A LOT of unknowns when you take a step into building your dream home (especially when it’s one of the biggest in the state); things fall through the cracks and honestly, anything could happen. But - this is life! When you take the proper steps that Chandler teaches here, you CAN mitigate your chances so that you will be taking the smallest risk with the highest return possible!

I'm glad I stumbled upon this. My wife and I works with Phoebe. Before now, we spent more and saved less. Phoebe changed that mindset and gave us a way to generate money investing in the financial market. Working with Phoebe, opened our eyes to a lot of investment opportunities, which in turn, helped us become less dependent of our earned income.

When I read part of the title (all that was visible) I thought it was going to be about someone about to lose their home during these difficult times. Someone I could relate to.
It's a beautiful home. Yes. I'm sure you'll get it done in time. It's a blessing because at this point in time most of us are just trying to figure out what we will cut back on just to make rent. Yep, a real blessing that your problem at the moment is if a 2nd kitchen will be done in time to use it to pass inspection so that you can then enjoy the pool, basketball court, etc.
Okay, to help you along, I will smash the like button for you. Hope you will enjoy your dream home.

On my last house I built, when we went over schedule and all I had to do was show proof that it was for reasons out of my control (nearly all was caused by the builder who I ended up firing and hiring someone else to finish). This was pre corona, labor shortage, materials shortage, world ending, etc. So I'm sure today in "unprecedented times" as corporations like to say, it would be no issue to get this extended.
