Super great videos . The most entertaining part is your extreme enthusiasm . The giggling , laughing ,whaaa whooos and oh sh****ts as you’re flying down the hills are the best . I can’t stop laughing at your expressions . Keep up the fun . 👍👍
If you only find six new lines in six laps you aren’t looking hard enough! The alternate lines have alternate lines...Tony Montana at his prime didnt have as many lines as Floyd Hill
Somehow UA-cam actually suggested a channel to me that I wanted to subscribe to. Great video. You made me smile and laugh to start my day. Thanks! Great riding, great content. New sub
That's tight! I'm planning on checking out Floyd Hill for the first time tomorrow. I don't remember North Table Mesa looking so fun! I need tot got back there also.
My parents live in Evergreen and a couple years ago I biked all over that area but didn't have enough time to hit Floyd Hill. Bummed because I always passed it going to another trail. Looks like a blast!
Nice running into you at Floyd the other day. Looks like y'all had a blast on the Front Range! I really like how you showed some of the harder sections on the uphill. One wouldn't know, but the 9000+ ft. elevation there definitely plays into the challenge. There's some great rides to be had when you return from Salida (and great riding there too). Parmalee at the top of Falcon is quite good and has some flow. If you have a little more time in a day, I suggest hitting up Scraggy at Buffalo Creek, you can do it as it's own loop or part of a longer ride. There's some good chunk at Apex but you have to pick your days and mid-day is recommended because it's insanely busy. A good ride with some gorgeous scenery is to do Red Rocks trail from the south lot up Morrison Slide, and down the flow trail on the north side, and then back on the redrocks trail and out. You can also link up with Dakota Ridge, which is a very technical lung-bursting double black. There's also ladies group you might want to check out called "Life's Too Short" you might consider contacting, they have a FB page. Feel free to hit me up and I'm happy to help any way I can. My wife is a badass rider like y'all and is always looking for awesome ladies to ride with.
It's a few hours and not sure what the snow pack is still like but Steamboat Springs has some awesome trails. Love the stuff that is up Buff Pass, Mt Howelson and just about anywhere other than the main mountain (where you pay to play). Plus depending on where you stay in-town, and how much of a gluten for punishment you are, everything is within riding distance for the most part!
out 6-8 weeks after separating my shoulder, been living vicariously through videos like this. the way you guys approach each obstacle and push eachother to make it through reminds me of the way my brother and I ride, and is making me very excited for my return to the trails. subbed!
Cool! Extreme🤘🤘!!! That constant engagement helps tackle those rutted out technical climbs although when you hit a certain age, those pedal stroke dead zones of ordinary hubs are nice so you can catch your breath lol
Great sends! Glad she’s showing you all the great stuff! Hope y’all hit Cottonwood in Salida, one of my favorites there. Have her take you to Trestle next!
So awesome to see THE famous So Cal rider you out here in CO. Total fan boyed in the parking lot If you like Floyd you gotta do Apex and Falcon and then Dakota. And Fruita if you can fit it in.
Welcome to our Beautiful state. Salida has awesome trails, looking forward to seeing more videos. Come back later this summer and try out the Winter Park. Ride hard!
Commando Run if Vail Pass isnt snowed in yet. Lenahwee at A Basin. Or do Mt Falcon to Lair o The Bear to Mat Winter to Green Mtn and Dakota Ridge all by Parking by 470 lots close to Bandamere. So many good front range circuits. Park at Apex ride to Chimney Gulch then back down Apex. Have fun girls!!
I'm a just couple hours east, over in the flat part of CO xD not really anything for trails here (or at least not public trails, i'm gonna have to ask around someday and see if there's any old cow trails or something nearby that i can try and ride in some friendly neighbors field) But i'm still having fun getting used to my new bike just on flat, been about 15 years since i rode my last bike. got a descent sized backyard too i'm working on making some trails to go around it, maybe someday turn it into a small pump track
Wow I'm coming from Texas and I'm always hesitant to go here because I've never climbed up a mountain on a bike. Although texas does have trails its not like these, Will Def check this out next week.
If yall ever get a chance, keep heading south an hour or so from Salida and come hit Del Norte CO. Kind of under the radar, but the riding is amazing and extremely varied, likely will have the trail to yourself. We're a sleepy small town with a small group of passionate riders trying to get Del Norte on the mtb map, some press from your channel would surely help! I'm the trail administrator for our local trails group, please hit me up if you're thinking if hitting something new, I love to tour guide around here. Know of a few places to stay/camp right on the rio grande River as well!
Y’all remind me of me on 007 Bass lake California! I spent nearly 2 decades climbing and flying downhill I don’t know the conditions of the trail today lots of locals still on it sorry no ski lifts to take you to the top just pedal power! ⚡️🚵🏼⚡️🌬🏁
I was a little iffy about them at first. But I love them. They are super comfy, not so tight on my thighs and they stay up even through chunky rock gardens !
This is awesome. I'm the dude that said he was "trash" versus "trashed" at the top. Sorry to ruin the top part of your run. Safe travels! Buffalo Creek if you're looking for some flow trails.
Ouch. Lil Scraggy isn't bad. Her visit times could possibly be hero dirt as well based on current weather. Probably wouldn't recommend in June or July.
@@pricrd22 haha “hero dirt” at Buffalo creek. Come on, she’s a pro. She rides enduro and downhill. Buffalo creek is the last place I would send her. Not even exaggerating - it’s the very last place.
@@katietrotter9374 Last place? Cmon, I could have said Bear Creek or Green Mountain on a Saturday. I was thinking more speed then chunk with some views. What would you recommend?
Heather- you like your TRP derailleur? My NX is about done with, I’ve been saving up for the axs upgrade kit but I have been seriously debating on trying the TRP instead, thoughts? Recommendations between the two?
Colorado has the best trails and pure clean air. Elevation might be a bit tough. Unlike Southern California trails nowadays it’s nothing but dog and horses crap everywhere. I’m just saying..,
Have you ever crashed and not been able to unclip? I'm about to make the switch to clips but am terrified of crashing and not being able to unclip on my steep, gnarly, techy PNW terrain lol..
Don’t b afraid I love being one with my bike . Uncliping comes like second nature . But trust me u will fall being clipped don’t let that discourage u . Hope this helps
It defiantly is something to get used too. Just don’t make the clips to tight and you will be good. Don’t be scared just trust yourself and your abilities 💪🏽

That Colorado altitude hits you QUICK! So much good riding in Colorado it's hard to comprehend it all. Dig it!
Haha the altitude is rough! But Pushing through it because these trails are sooo much fun to ride.
I found your channel last night, you are so full of life! I subbed to watch with my kids.
"I have no idea if that was a line" most uttered phrase on the trails. Lol. Awesome riding.
Hahah I agree 100%. There are so many different lines there.
With your good humor you can make the day to anyone. Good for you and for people look your video. Don't stop...
Always fun to watch your videos! Denver's got some good stuff. Keep riding! Thanks for the rad videos Heather!!
Welcome to CO! You got lucky with our temperamental spring weather. Do Floyd Hill six more times and you'll find six new lines!
Oh my gosh your soooo right. There were so many different lines. Place is so fun!

Such an infectious laugh, we enjoy your adventures! Think I'll take a ride now
You definitely should 😊
That's a lot of fun riding.
Welcome to CO!! White ranch/longhorn downhill and APEX park/enchanted forest on an even day. Some of the best in CO for sure
Thank you! We just road white ranch today. Wow, I loved it!!!
The deadly climb!!! Nice work on LH downhill

Monarch crest. Loved that ride. Might still be too much snow though.
Usually rideable by end of June

We ended up riding Cottonwood when we went there last weekend. It was a good one!
It would be awesome if you did a video on how you pack your bike and travel with it and then the assembly of it
Hmm thank you for the suggestion. I can definitely try and make one of that!
That was a sweet video, the climb looked awesome and the ride down was intense. Yeah!
Thank you 😊
I love that Pivot Mach 6! Oh, and that Chobani isn’t Greek yogurt, Fage is! I am Greek and I know.Happy trails!

Ride Centennial Cone outside of Golden and/or 3 sisters park in Evergreen !!!so fun! Thx for vids
Floyd hill is actually in Idaho Springs. And North Table is an entirely different trail in Golden.

Dont want any noobs to get it twisted. ;P

Awesome ride ,,epic....
Did you walk the chunky part of Floyd at the end? That part is insane
I’m not sure if we’re talking about the same rock section but we didn’t walk anything. Place is so fun.
Come ride Betasso and hang out in Downtown Boulder for awhile!
I definitely will have to make another trip for that !
How do you like the POC VPD system knee pads ? Are they comfortable??
