From what I saw he was either a Navy Captain or Cruiseline Captain - couldn't figure that out but other things in the house suggest he travelled quite a bit and collected a lot of things from different countries
The red thing was a viewfinder - you got little slides to put in them and you look through to get a clear 3D view of exotic places.
Or exotic women?😮

And when he gets back hes nit gonna be happy. Yes hes a world explorer. But hes only popped to the shops! 😮 Now hes been burgled! 😮
