As an Arab myself, I really appreciate you trying to pronounce the name correctly. Keep up the awesome work, and one thing I will say is that because of you, I have officially spent more on fragrances than anything else I own, not that I am complaining.
Jeremy fragrance did a lot for me. He opened my eyes to things possible for me, not just in fragrance but in attitude and self image. His playfulness is hypnotic, that he doesn’t take himself seriously is refreshing. He shows passion, thought and dedication. But what love about him most, is that he is not afraid to proclaim his love for Jesus and for God. This is shown is his love for life and for people. Whatever you may think of him, he is an inspiration to me and I’m sure, many others too. Big heart from me to you and all💛 Thank you Jeremy.
This is the Jeremy everyone loves because you come across as super humble and genuine. A powerful person displaying humility is one of the most appealing things they can do. Keep being you brother, you're the best!
My favourites are as follows; 6. Jo Malone - Oud & Bergamot 5. Aqua di parma - Oud 4. Guerlain - Santal Royale 3. Armani Prive - Oud Royale 2. Tom Ford - Tobacco Oud 1. Louis Vuitton - Ombre Nomade Recently smelt Ombre Nomade at an LV store in London. Just wow. Absolute beast the smell lingers for days. Such a sexy, smoky vibe. Truly amazing. Will need to save up to buy it though lol
Jeremy you're absolutely correct..i'm from Sri Lanka and Agar-wood grows naturally in the jungles here and in fact we have a huge tree few kilometers away but it's not infected heavily..also we have people who grows it as a very profitable export ..process is called Artificial inoculation!..I think it's the most expensive fragrance ingredient second only to Ambergris !

Oud remains me my childhood! My mom, everybody who is major! That’s why I was like “oud! No it’s for grandma 👵🏽 “ but with your reviews I think i need a one!!! All from from here Germany 🇩🇪🖤
For me, Maison Francis Kurkdjian Oud Satin Mood deserve it to the top. I was looking for a fragrance that doesn’t contain notes from animal and this one is my fantastic choice especially when it comes to longevity. I even spray at night before bedtime because of my happiness of this fragrance. Simply amazing! Best wishes, Jeremy! God Bless You. 💕
Wow. I’ve been looking into oud fragrances and you come out with this. Appreciate you so much brother! By the way, you pronounced ‘Al-Haramain’ PERFECTLY the first time you said it in this video. As an Arab I’m impressed!
In the Middle East we have the best oud perfumes for good price,, to me our local perfumes are way better than French perfumes and more powerful,,all the eastern ppl agree ,, I hope you get tha chance to try them
The thing about oud that I observed, the most "stinky" or "repulsive" smell is on the time when you applied or spayed it. But when it takes longer on your body it smells very well.
Awesome video again! I adore santal royale, one of the best fragrances I’ve ever smelt. Oud Wood is my favourite to wear for a dressed up occasion, smells like fine polished wood in an old library or museum. You should go to Indonesia, head to the rainforest in Sumatra where so many of these fragrance ingredients occur naturally. It is an incredible journey of the senses and of scent when you smell all the natural woods and resins, fruits, flowers, animal smells and petrichor.
Love how Jeremy isn’t just discussing perfumes that belong to certain citizens of certain parts of the world. He tackles the middle East and Arab world as well. Much respect. Also try to do cheaper dupes for expensive perfumes one day!

I found your channel today. Oh my goodness... your knowledge about fragrance is absolutely mind blowing. I was so happy to see Maison Francis in your list.
Oud in general comes mostly from South East Asia, not just Indonesia, it grows in Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Burma, Cambodia, Borneo, New Guinea, Sri Lanka, some rare species almost extinct even in China. The form of extraction is actually steam distillation, not through solvent extraction like you said. That's for creating absolutes. Like Rose Absolute, where the steam distillation will damage the petals, the petals are soaked in a strong solvent and then separated in a vacuum to create rose concrete, which is then turned to an absolute once the wax is filtered. All though Rose can be done by steam too, but it's called Rose Otto. Otto is an essential oil of Rose. Oud is always an essential oil never an absolute, and essential oils are steam distilled. The process can be very artisanal with hybrid water combinations, river water and bottled water mixed in ratio to provide different minerals contents. Each oud oil will smell unique from the individual way they are distilled, as well as the region they come from and age of tree.
I own different varieties from different regions, some wild some farmed..some very old, some newer, it's a pretty in depth subject to learn, fascinating subject though. If you want to learn more about Oud, Nikhil from the channel Exotic Scents is very knowledgeable on the subject..
I wore Tom Ford Tobacco oudh out, i also had some in a small vapouriser. The immediate reaction i got from my friend was "what are you wearing?" i said what it is. "can i try it?" i gave him the vapouriser. "can i keep this?" so i let him keep it. It was honestly the oddest reaction, i'll take it as a compliment! I like the smell myself, but then i tend to lile knockout powerful smells, tastes etc.

Jeremy thanks for that awesome video! Oud is so much loved by the people of the arab gulf countries, the meditteraneans prefer western perfumes, oud seems harsh to us, very royalistic in terms of hard to the nose and heavy, nearly no one uses it here, really with special exceptions (no offense to the oud users here, just telling facts) even no one dares to put oud. We do not appreciate oud that much at all. The fragrance community here is shocked how the oud is now conquering the european markets.
Thank you for making this beautiful video, Jeremy! Not all people will appreciate the Oud note, but I love it!!!! You look cool and sophisticated as always!!!
Pozdrav! I never would of thought I’d meet another Serbian guy on his videos ! I like the pud fragrance by aqua Di Parma. I was surprised Jeremy didn’t mention it in his video 🤔

Amouage is amazing. Such high quality fragrances. I've been buying for years. Smell can last for days.
Santal Royale, I bought it just after one sniff at the airport last year and now my wife got one too!! Indeed special fragrance!!

How is Oudh Al Anfar from Dubai. I Heard people are talking about it in the UK
