In this Josh Talks video, meet Aditya Mandan, an inspiring para-powerlifter and the founder of "Strentor." Aditya turned his life's challenges into his strength and has inspired millions with his story.
Aditya was born with a medical condition called spina bifida myelomeningocele, which left him paralyzed from the waist down. Depending on a wheelchair since childhood, he decided to live his life beyond the typical boundaries.
At 16, he stepped into the fitness world. However, it was in his 30s that his passion for para-powerlifting ignited when he first bench-pressed 100 kg. Under the guidance of Darekar Sir, he began training and won a gold medal in his first para-powerlifting competition. Since then, he has won several medals at district, state, and national levels, even competing alongside able-bodied athletes.
Aditya is not just an athlete; he is also a fitness trainer, nutrition consultant, and founder of "Strentor." His goal is to help people become strong physically, mentally, and emotionally.
