I will never understand why designers would put a spike on the trailing edge of the fusalage? it must improve performance but that spike imposes an unnecessary danger IMO.
The entire thing is dangerous. Some wings are super to sharp too. I have been able to cut paper with the back of tail wings. Some guys like to sand them down a bit so they aren't as sharp....
Going with GoFoil for the simple options like you mentioned. Armstrong too many & price so I skipped it.
Sick SUP backflip attempt!
Thanks! Gotta keep practicing!!
Great video! Steve is ripping as always
Thanks! Yes, Steve shreds!
I broke two Naish Aluminium masts, once I lost my foil. Then I went to Armstrong and had no issues anymore. They are really solid.
Yeah Armstrong is pretty sweet. I'm still riding my Armstrong HA and am really loving them. Been foiling everyday in this heatwave with the 1125 :)
Would you try North, Axis, & Takuma foils as well ?? 😘😍😎
Yes I would like to! I hear good things about Takuma and Axis. Tricky thing about riding new foils is that you really get used to the one your on.
