One would think speedrunning a cover would lead to poor quality, this however, is a fine example of that theory being false. This is absolutely phenomenal and will be renowned as one of the first, and best covers of A Mother’s Love.

How to use this for the actual boss fight: get the download of this song and once you get the file, go to the undertale yellow files and find the one with all of the songs, break up this file into 3 different songs (first, second, and third stage) and try to get a perfect loop on each one, now replace first stage with this first stage, ect ect.
A lot of people hate on Ceroba as a character... but I genuinely like her character. Like, yeah. she made a crucial mistake. She fucked up. She fucked up *bad*, and she became hopelessly desperate to find something... ANYTHING that could have even the smallest chance of righting her wrong. It explains her actions perfectly. Ceroba is a good character, I will never be convinced otherwise.
Idk though… like, I get what your point is, but her using it on her daughter, which is not only a terrible idea, but also something Chujin LITERALLY TELLS HER NOT TO DO (keep in mind her continuing his work is meant to honor him and yet she instantly throws that away once Kanako made her offer), it just makes her seem dumb. I get that she’s desperate and desperate people do stupid things, but I doubt she’d just use her daughter as a lab rat IMMEDIATELY after she asked. I know it seems a bit cliche, but would it not have been better to have her refuse Kanako’s request, then proceed to get swamped up in her work and grief over her husbands loss, resulting in her unintentionally neglecting her daughter, who decided to put matters into her own hands and sneak into the lab to inject herself with the soul serum to make her mother happy again? Thus resulting in an ending that feels more reasonable while keeping the whole ‘I made a mistake’ theme? I don’t think it would change the story much either to be honest.

Dude this goes so fucking hard! Amazing job! Honestly I played Undertale Yellow very recently (yet to finish genocide), and this boss fight might be my favorite in all of Undertale period. The emotions, the music, the animations, EVERYTHING is so good. I love Martlet and Ceroba both so much, honestly blown away by how good the characters can be in a FAN GAME. Like this game feels official, and I hope it gets so much more love than it's already gotten. Also I love the name of the song and the line when fighting her, something about "A Mother's Love" goes so hard.
My favorite part about this cover (other than the fact it goes extremely hard) is that the intro to phase 4 (imo) emphasizes the opposite half of the Justice motif than the original does. Gives the cover a lot more uniqueness compared to others

Thanks! Basically I listen very carefully to the original track and then write sheet music/program it in midi myself. It's a lot of work, but I enjoy doing it especially if I can play the song afterwards and make a full arrangement for it!

Basically I listen very carefully to the original track and then write sheet music/program it in midi myself. It's a lot of work, but I enjoy doing it especially if I can play the song afterwards and make a full arrangement for it!

Using a program you know well and remaking the right notes by ear doesn't sound like it takes too long
@@themustardman219 Trust me, if you want to do it well. Not just the main melody and chords, but all the other intricacies in the song as well, it takes a long time lol.
I suggest you try to transcribe just the solo of this song and see how long it takes you. xD
