Just curious , are you very very light ? if you do 40 maybe you can add a vest or two and make the exercise challenging . What's the sense if it isn't challenging ? Bodyweight exercise by light people is worthless if they can do it forever .
I respect coaches who actually workout with their clients instead of yelling instructions from a chair while eating pizza. lol

I would do them for time. Makes it much easier to maintain high intensity. Shoot for 45 secs to a minutes a set.
