    Core strength is the foundation to overall body strength. Without core strength it doesn't matter how strong your arms or legs are. Building a strong core will help your overall strength big time. Try this workout and let me know how it works out for you.

    a strong core is everything in any sport. Without a strong core u have no strength.

    I would do them for time. Makes it much easier to maintain high intensity. Shoot for 45 secs to a minutes a set.

    awesome work out! my son starts wrestling in a month. he has been doing jiu jitsu and judo to this point I think he is going to feel the burn.

      Leo Rodriguez Thanks, the only place he gets bullied is in class. Now that wrestling has started we are thinking of fasing the judo out. wrestling seems to have a tougher attitude about it.

    Really good but I reccomend you start off with a hollistic bicep and tricep workout or else you wont be able to handle this. Remember, Stronger core, leaves them wanting more

    Just curious , are you very very light ? if you do 40 maybe you can add a vest or two and make the exercise challenging . What's the sense if it isn't challenging ? Bodyweight exercise by light people is worthless if they can do it forever .

    Lol they are struggling to do 7 at Judo training we do 40 of these everyday, and pullups, and situps. NO PAIN NO GAIN.
