- Rayan, formerly Ray Ray of Mindless Behavior, sat down with @ricodelacruz__ (IG) to discuss the breakup of Mindless Behavior, behind the scenes drama, and new members added after the departure of Prodigy and Roc Royal (Santo).

It was a very dumb move on the managements end to try to replace any of the members. The group was done when the first one left. The only Mindless Behavior that will be acknowledged will always be the 4 originals.

I actually loved the second one. Y'all ain't give em a chance, they couldn't replace them but they had their own flavor it was STILL MB-like just grown. The members were superrrr talented and very sweet. Charismatic. They still are.
It’s sad that Prod will never get his fame, he held the group down.. no matter which way you look at it prod held the group down the HARDEST, he carried MB, we didn’t idolize him because it looked like he always shut down before an interview we could tell that before the cameras started rolling he was clicking with his bros, he never left for a solo career, he left his family to be apart of another family that didn’t treat him like family. He left cause he thought MB would be better without him, that’s how the fans and management made him feel and that still sucks to this day cause NOBODY will ever replace MB not mike nor EJ .... it was cute watching them try thou.

Don’t get me wrong I love me some Princeton, he was the face of the group. Always talking up during interviews, and had more shots of him in videos. He was the pretty boy with the big ego + he had a better start up in the industry. But Prodigy was the voice, and extremely talented man who deserves more credit for what he did.

I just want the interviewer to know that it’s okay to write down questions you’d like to ask. Cause if Ray was dry there wouldn’t be anything to talk about, it’d be forced. Literally remember the whole transition of it just being Prince, EJ, and Mike. So many fans, including myself, were saying “it’s not the same” like Ray Ray said. I guess Prince, being the spokesman for the group majority of the time, took it as us not accepting they were growing up. Like we got that but the passion, work ethic, and overall vibe took a huge shift and dive. Nobody will ever be the original Mindless Behavior.

I always knew something funny was going on behind the scenes. Certain things didn’t add up. Prod never deserved to be treated so bad while he was in the group and when he left! I think that the group became Santos life and when it broke up, he spiraled. Which is fair because he was a young kid being put through a lot. Y’all could have went farther than B2K or any boy group had your team and management treated y’all with the respect y’all deserve as people and as artists. This interview was pretty bitter sweet. I know that these young men have grown and found their way on their own as individuals, but a part of me really would like to see the original Mindless Behavior reconnect. They don't have to do a reunion tour, but just sit down, hash things out, and reminisce on all of the good times. I know that there maybe some underlining tension between some people, but I am so glad that Ray Ray and Roc Royal got a chance to reconnect. They ALWAYS had a genuine friendship and seem to be more like brothers anyway. I guess if I want to see them together, I'll just have to continue to watch a lot of their old videos when they were an actual group.😩😪😪
