A dude in my college back in 2012 who had been mining it from the beginning had purchased 10s of thousands of bitcoin for a penny. He was amassing it like he KNEW it was going to explode in the future. By 2015, he disappeared, none of us heard from him again. He had hundreds of millions of bitcoin, more likely billions. I had no idea what he was talking about then, but by the time I became interested it was already over $2k/coin.
Theres only 21 million bitcoin but i get the point

I along with the majority of the world never got financial education even though we went to school. Instead, we were taught how to become a loyal slave. I made a small amount of money with Doge coin two years ago and did not even understand how money really works and was sooo far in the debt hole that they little that I made, was used to finance my daughters schooling. I'm learning and I'm wiser than before.

What I don't understand is if I bought BTC last year at 55k it worth 27k today? Maybe not talking apple to apples but it's why I don't put my money in it?
Mostly due to the credit cycle. Dollars are scarce right now. But we saw in 2020 is very easy for that to reverse, when the dollar gets printed. To print bitcoin you need to spend energy and own mining rigs and continue to do so due to difficulty adjustment.

Question- Is it better to get a nano x for each separate exchange. I'm on Coinbase ($2000 started) and Forex ($500 waiting to use) and I started on Webull ($1500) as a beginner curious and now to Coinbase and on. Is more than one Nano, and are 5 $79 nanos better than just one $149? Hey Todd 👋 Appreciate your questions and comments 🙏 With centralized exchanges, they aren’t actually connected to the blockchain networks, so when we keep crypto on exchanges, it’s like an IOU. We don’t actually own or control them digital assets until we transfer them off of exchanges and hold on our own wallets, preferably cold storage hardware wallets. Exchanges are huge targets for hackers because they hold a lot of crypto, but unfortunately exchanges definitely rehypothecate crypto, which means a lot of people could be viewing the same exact crypto in their accounts. If everyone withdrew all their crypto at once from any exchange, they would go insolvent because they bank on people leaving their crypto there. Hopefully in the future exchanges link directly to blockchains to ensure accuracy in record-keeping and have sufficient reserves
What if bitcoin was created by the central banks? How many whales does it take to change the flow of the money? So those in deep trading please answer that question.

This took me a long time to understand. If a currency has a backing, it means you trust someone centrally to manage the backing, securely, and pay it out in redemption. To avoid a central point of failure, it is actually better not to have any backing at all.

Nobody knows hoch much exactly satoshi has it is approx. 1 Million.
In 2010 he disappeared and never touched and sold a Single Satoshi.

will all cryptocurrency lost its value if 80% of all countries will ban cryptocurrency and all this countries will have their own cbdc few years from now? USA, Japan, Nigeria, china and few eu countries are now starting in creating their own cbdc.
Value is based on supply and demand. Look out for a CBDC backed by gold, as that could provide a real competition to bitcoin scarcity.

It's not the first time in history of the people owning true money. As per the constitution our money should only be gold and silver, which is true wealth and ownership of money. Crypto is great, however, the second part of the name shows what it truly is; currency. Currency, whatever it is, needs to be backed by money, gold and silver. Have both, bitcoin and gold and silver.
We are at a pivotal time in our history where we, the people, can get rid of our central back (the federal reserve) and adopt our own non-centralized currency......backed by gold and silver.
Yes, interesting times for sure. Crypto is much more divisible and easier to transport and verify than gold - we shall see 👀
@Crypto Casey I 100% feel they will work together. Bitcoin and possibly another will be the currency backed by gold and silver. In fact, each state can have their own separate currency but, as per the constitution, it must be backed by gold and silver. This is what keeps the nation stable, despite whatever currency is used.
I won't be surprised if bitcoin and gold settle at $35k per crypto coin and 1ozt.

Fiat currency is backed by goods and services.This country has been the source of so many inventions or vastly improved innovations for example, telephones, computers, television, automobiles, cell phones, air planes,medications and on and on. All those products are traded with the green back, or Americas fiat currency. When I go to work, that "work" is payed for with fiat currency. We export many commodities or resources that is exchanged for this fiat currency. Our fiat currency is backed by goods and services, it is just not backed by gold anymore. Yes, the value of our currency is being inflated away and is controlled to a great extent by the Fed. Bitcoin can be used as an exchange of value, and brings unprecedented freedom to those who use it; however, until it is linked directly to goods and services it's value is, in my opinion, entirely speculative.

Sure, we can use US dollars to buy goods and services, however the nature of fiat currency when considering the Latin definition of fiat being “to arbitrarily decree or declare” and considering what happened after we abandoned the gold standard, our fiat currencies are just debt issued by the central bank. US dollars are liabilities on their balance sheet and nothing backs them except the faith people have in the US government
@@CryptoCasey I agree entirely with everything you said in the video, everything! I am just saying that the faith people have in the US government, or the petrodollar, is not entirely misplaced. I think it is sad to see our hard won freedoms eroded, squandered and stolen by the few. I remember a few years ago when I tried to enlighten my older brother about wealth concentration in the USA, he surprised me by telling me that "it is the same everywhere." We are seriously trapped. Thanks so much for your research and getting much needed information out to all of us.
