I use my book beau to hold my Nursing items like my Stethoscope, arm cuff, and scizzors and such. Love it and how it protects them. Need to get me another for my favorite read.
Holding the knitting is such a genius idea! I usually just shove it in a tote bag but the needles always stab the yarn ball or the stitches slip off. Even with my longest needles, I could zip up the jumbeau and have them sticking out a bit. Can’t wait to try!
I went hiking and took my polaroid camera, instead of waiting for the photos to develop in my hand before putting them away I thought I'd experiment and just stick them into my mini beau to develop by themselves. By the end of the day they were developed perfectly and had been protected from being squashed in my backpack by the camera or the water bottles I was carrying for everyone. Another time I took two beaus when I went to the beach. Usually, I carry a large beach tote to carry two towels: one for lying down and one for drying off, along with other essentials. The only problem was always having things floating in there and even though most things were soft they still ruined a few paperbacks so obviously a book beau fixed that. Then I got another beau and put things that I wanted easy access to like my phone, cash, sunscreen and sunglasses. It was so much easier to organize things plus those two beaus also served to give shape to my beach tote so that it wasn't super flimsy. I work as a special education aide and sometimes I have to accompany kids to their gen. ed. classes. Sometimes they're super forgetful and don't bring a pencil or don't take note of things that they'll need for their next class so I have to be vigilant of that. So instead of bringing a backpack or a small purse I have an XL beau with a notebook where I can jot things down for me to remember and for their special education teacher to know, a notecard of the all the kids' login info for computers and stuff, a few pens and pencils, special notes that are handed out to students that do good things for prizes at the end of the month (that I can hand out to gen. ed. students that do nice things for the kids that I help), and a few hall passes. I made sure to use my second favorite beau so that I never forget it anywhere. It could totally backfire but it hasn't yet 😆 Also, shoutout to the person who travels with their pallets in a book beau! I'm still too scared for that so I never travel with anything larger than a quad. The dividers thing is also a great idea.
Hold my iPad. I use another to hold my money instead of putting it in the bank. I just throw it in the Book Beau and hide it. I've saved thousands doing this.

If you find your yarn sliding off the needles. Wrap a rubber band on the tip to keep the yarn in place

Well now I need to learn to Cross Stitch. Also, I used my handbags for my small palettes and chargers on my last flight.
I use a small book beau to put my book light and it’s AC Adapter in! Keeps them safe in my bag!

AlylovesDP best way is a tide to go pen, but we’ve heard of people putting it in the wash and letting it air dry and that worked well.
