I made this last night! It was the first time making a Christmas pudding and out of a lot of other videos, this one spoke to me as the best for beginners or for when you need a 'quick' pudding that doesn't call for suet. It was easy to follow and delicious! We ate it fresh with some heavy cream. Tasted fantastic! Thank you for the recipe!
Side Note: I did use one substitution which was light molasses instead of treacle. Not knowing what treacle tastes like, I can't compare them, but it worked very well. I am going to order some treacle so I can compare the flavors when I make the next one. The flavor of molasses was prominent, but not overbearing.

Looks great! Please, cut one open and provide closeups of the interal structure. Will it be bread-like, or tend to fudge? Never had one. Thanks!
