Great video. Your enthusiasm is awesome. I would enjoy being a fellow gold bug. I'm close to retirement and will be spending time looking for gold as a full time hobby. I've been a gold seeker for 25+ years.
All those nuggets you guys make it look so easy!! Out here in the CA desert all i find with my gold bug is lead bullets, bullet shells, trash, trash, trash, not a single nugget yet. Been doing it for a year! Ready to throw in the towel and take up basket weaving! Lol.
I wonder about the ground balance display number on the GB2II. It seems somewhat useless. One will balance with their ears, doesn't matter what the display number is. It would have been nice if you had ran over the targets with both detectors. I would be interested if the GB2 could have found the targets the Minelab found, and vice versa.
Yeah it’s just the corresponding numbers. I just listen to the ground balance like I used to. The digital display is good to see what modes your in though
I live in San Manuel Az where are you at? Could I go out looking for Gold w you 1 day? I am a beginner, I have never found gold before but I know its here... TY for sharing the videos!
What about that setup is good for finding gold? I have been panning for years and I have always wanted to add detecting into my hobby but I have no idea where to begin.
I have found lots of gold with it myself. It can be a little complicated to run, but when you figure it out, it kicks butt on the smallest of gold nuggets
Been a while brother, good to see you back. How does the price compare to the GPX5000? I like the Gold bug. Would the GB2 find the nuggets that the gpx found?😎⛏⛏🔥🔥
For sure the gold bug would not have found the last two gold nuggets in the video. They were deep enough that they may have been out of its reach. This is the primary reason that a person needs both types of detectors
Finally! I began to think you got old and retired. Another enjoyable video Adam, how big of an area did you cover today? I appreciate you leaving that spoon I can get on Google Earth now and find exactly where you were getting the gold! hahaha.
Great video. Most people dont know how hard it is to find nuggets. Have you gone over the spots you dug with the other detector? ( fisher Gold bug ) or visa versa?
in your expert opinion do you think the cardboard wrapped around the wire on the new gold bug 2 is helping it to be more stable? possibly an upgrade in the new automatic ground balance?
How hard is the new GB to set up, I had lots of trouble with my old GB2. That spoon,,, Pioneer Pauly grandfather must have been there lol. Great video Adam, I'll hit you up when I come to AZ to visit my dad, he is in Clarksdale. Have you seen the new gold show Frozen Gold on The Weather Channel yet, only 3 episodes left. ⛏️⛏️⛏️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💪💪💪🍀

Hey Adam! Nice to see you back out there👍 I have an old WHITES blue max 800 that I have used for years. @@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK I am always amazed at how small the gold is you can find with the Gold Bug. It would have been fun to spend some more time with you guys, but Eva was insistent we needed to bug out to here in Montana. It has worked out well, and I do feel more confident what with things going sideways and all. Good hunting and keep it safe down there where water stays liquid in the winter. :-)
Been watching you for several months now; very entertaining and a lot of good info. One question - where would one look to find out where mine boundaries are so as not to detect in the wrong place?
its a complicated process. There is not a website that tells you details like that. Every year claims are changing. I would say to join a prospecting club to have access to claims

I`ve only used it once. but will use it much more in a couple days. Increase your odds by only detecting bedrock in known gold areas. You will get over a nugget
