The guy in the red T shirt looked so happy and excited like the ions in the batteries he was full charged.
Looks like the oil transfers the heat to the case but air is still needed to cool the case. Not sure if this technology will catch on as battery vendors charge at 1C rate or faster without the added oil, and give a 1500 cycle life. It will definately help keep moisture and water out of the pack. I do hope they find a customer as they look like enthusdtic engineers.
These bright engineers deserves all round appreciation for their efforts.Lets hope in months ahead our engineers are able to offer a battery with reduced cost and then we all will say bye bye to petrol

Tata motors use liquid cooling in their battery pack like in tigor ev and Nexon ev so this technology is already been tested in cars and now it will be great to see this in two wheelers

Wonderful. It will be needed in all two wheelers . Ola and Ather should retrofit something like this in their high speed vehicles . North India temperature and also parking in the sun will kill the battery in a year itself
World's first? there are many EV scooters and bikes all around the world since the past 5 years with Liquid cooled batteries, that is basically the standard for safety.
And they are rating it at 1500 cycles for LFP, whereas 3000 cycles is norm at 90% DOD.

It should also help the manufacturer to keep The Temperature Low of Battery Pack during Power Supply to the vehicle on running condition or on Parking; if the Vehicle is Directly Exposed To Sun. It is very much essential and important to ensure that Vehicle will Not catch any Fire Due to Poor Thermal Management. 😊

I understand your idea & technology to immerge the battery pack in liquid but after heated liquid take much time to cool though you have used thermal heat sing & according to my knowledge it better for air cool option
I think their claims should be justified by the experts ARAI certifications and Liquid cooled technology or just gel based sealants which are been already in use by TATA and MG hector EV
There is a company called MATTER™ that also claims to have manufactured India's first liquid cooling battery pack.. I'm confused.... Are they the same company or different.
