Happy belated birthday. I live in Cahuita. Just sign your name and give them cualquier donation at the park entrance. Whatever you want. Also next time you are here, go to the opposite end of the same street and turn left at the water. There's a cool barrio less than a km up the street called black beach. Several restaurants, lots of beach, cool irie vibe🤙🏻
It is a small world, my neighbor in Canada has à house on the beach in Cauhita and we have a house on the Nicoya Penninsula. Hopefully we will be visiting his place soon!
Happy Birthday Chenz! I'm glad you're enjoying your stay in the Caribbean coast. I believe the vibe suites you. I'm looking forward more videos about the area, the people, the vibe, the parties, and so on. So far, your videos are very enjoyable. Keep it up bro!
yup, the sign at the park in cahuita says donation..well it did when i went there 11 yrs ago..but if you do not donate they don't let you in...i'm sure it's like manuel antonio now- too much....looks great
I heard that as well, I think they wanted money for parking, but you can park outside the reserve.. I had the dogs so they wouldnt let me in regardless
@@Chenzaloon I'm planning my move there. I visited the Pacific side & ppl told me I don't get caught smoking in public because I'll get a $80 ticket. So I was just wondering if it was different on the Caribbean side.
But that includes seedings, so lets say you had 25 seedings and you were going to pick the top 5 and grow em, well if they find the 25 little babies growing.. you have 25 plants 🌱 its dumb
5 plants is plenty if I scrog technique grow some big trees , I'm gonna get some auto flower too, was curious if I can grow ,not interested in selling or anything just need to grow some organic . your the best bro thanks 😊
Only place we had trouble in 7 weeks Black Beach There are a lot of criminals cruising that stretch we had our bag stolen off the beach right behind us with the hire car key in it 5 mins to get back to the car and they had already got in it and taken one of our laptops from a box hidden from view 3 hours later no car key a car hire company telling us its a $750 to come out and first bring a key then they decided tow it away leaving us a second car .In this time we are looking every where for the key in the grass talking to locals one seemed to know far too much !! .Police pick up turns up one very helpful cop and and by magic the key appeared on the floor by the door .So the hire car company AMIGO CAR RENTALS (never use these they already ripped us off with insurance we paid for it before coming out from the uk for the car and they refused to except it making us take there own policy .Ironically we could have taken the car with no ins as its not required by law but any damage there taking the full car cost of your credit card !!!!! .We moved down to Manzanillo where we had a great time fishing and joining in with the locals and staying at Colores air B and B +restaurant where the food was superb its a cheep and basic but very good .National park is great there as well coral reefs to snorkel over.
With all the car rental problems we hear about in most touristy nations I am beginning to think it might be a better option to just buy an old beat-up jalopy and resell it when we leave. I wouldn't know anyway how to drive one of those modern cars full of electronic this and electronic that. My car at home has nothing electric except for the starter / ignition system and the lights. Besides which rental cars don't even have a proper gear stick. It's a horrible feeling if you have to go down a steep grade and there is no clutch and your right hand finds no gear stick to put you in the gear needed to hold you back at the proper speed for that grade.
@@zzyzx686 We got a Toyota Yaris 5 speed box basic model gears and clutch its what i and my partner learned on and drive at home manual that is not a Yaris .Yes without engine braking driving down steep hills is scary .Sadly in Costa Rica you can not just go and buy a car you have to get a lawyer to do the deal and can take a while .

The entrance to the park is a donation, you can pay the amount that you want, if you want to pay only 20cents you can enter for that amount.
I heard that as well, I think they wanted money for parking, but you can park outside the reserve.. I had the dogs so they wouldnt let me in regardless

Ehhhhh depends on what cops find it… I was told 5 plants and you wont goto jail
