A lot of people on YT already steal a lot of content from Reddit and profit from it. Like those story time YT videos that's been voiced over by AI or those Reddit love stories etc. The difference is they're fully transparent that they got their stuff from Reddit and aren't trying to say it's original content. This is true for most people now. Credit doesn't mean shit anymore. Whenever I'm scheduled to be at a certain place, I write down notes, check the weather, double-triple-check the details, use google maps, and get in my car 30 minutes early. The problem is that pretty much all UA-camrs and TikTokers, etc, are just poorly educated people who've found a way of making money and getting exposure. They don't know anything about plagiarism or quoting sources.

But the video content creator space has become far more sophisticated and, as HBomberguy pointed out in his own video on plagiarism, lucrative. You simply can’t feign ignorance of professional standards as a video content creator these days.
Most know… they just think everybody is stupid.
In Germany we have a different culture, since we had so many issues regarding sourcing and quoting. Nearly all UA-camrs who talk about serious topics list an excel sheet in the description, where you can verify the validity of what was being said.

Some people don’t realize that plagiarism isn’t just coping word for word. It also include paraphrasing, “rewording”, and even coping your own previous work. This is why professional articles or works are heavily proof read and revised multiple times.
Even with all that, it’s clear she copies multiple people word for word and her saying “I got it from Reddit or Google” would not hold up in court or any professional setting, if it ever got there.
