Placer Grown Farmers Market, Auburn CA

This week we visited the Placer Grown Farmers Market in historic Auburn, CA where we ended up exploring the fun downtown, as well as the market!
The market is Auburn is held in the Old Town Courthouse parking log and is open year round from 8am-12pm every Saturday. At the market you'll find every fruit and veggie you could possibly want, locally grown and sold by the friendliest of vendors. There is also a great variety of packaged foods and goods.
On the day we were there we didn't find any arts and crafts, but you'll be pleasantly surprised by what you find down the hill at the shops in downtown. There were a few tasty food trucks on this day with short lines and very fair prices, and some picnic tables near the parking lot to enjoy your food.
The parking lots are busy, but they turnover quickly, so make a loop if you need and you'll be sure to find something. For the accessible parking lot, drive a little further up the hill and find a lot closer to the market without needing to walk up the short hill from the main lot.
