Great video but it looks to me as though you were focusing your attention on the wrong things, especially the trim. The autopilot was trimming the aircraft for you, so no need. Unstable approach. At this point in your approach, most of your attention should be on the outside, plus you have the HUD. Use it! If you had paid attention to the HUD, the landing would have been perfect! Keep an eye on your cues, your energy, etc.

Thanks for the tips, I'm just about to do a short flight in the Hotstart challenger to practice my landings in something a little more interesting
