  • Barb Wiley never saw her stroke coming. This young mother shares her story as she relearns basic tasks, one step at a time. After a 12-hour surgery, she began the recovery process - driven by a commitment to never give up and inspired by her doctor’s words: “Don’t recover to live, live while you recover.”

This really hits hard for me my mom had a massive stroke and me being 11 and my my brother being about 5 or 6 and knowing that our mom only about 35 or 35 could potentially die was the hardest thing I have ever heard. But to this day she is regaining all of her strength and doing AMAZING I couldn’t ask for a better mom🥰💕❤️😊

My husband had a stroke, and was having disappointing recovery. I was able to research brain plasticity and so many topics on this site, and I desperately wanted to find something he could use to stimulate the neurons in the brain, but he couldn't use so many of the things, because of a brain stent. he still was having problem with drop foot and kept falling, but from all the research I did, i found a comment of a stroke patient testifying of how Dr IFA helped her recover from stroke completely, after disability of 2 years. With his roots and herbs healing power. So i also contacted Dr IFA via email address, and he gave us some instructions and also courier some roots and herbs (herbal medicine) via TRANSWORLD COURIER COMPANY. With a manual for assumption, which we followed accordingly. And today is the 9th day of assumption. And my husband is already walking. Please let's help anyone around us, going through this suffering. You can also contact Dr IFA via email address:DRIFAHOME@GMAIL.COM Regards.

I know a person who had very tiny strokes after an accident so I don't know if it's a perfect comparison but she improved a lot and lives a good life. It probably totally depends on how the stroke happened and exactly where in your brain and the damage the stroke has done. Hard to say. There's also no set age because of that. So it really depends...

I recovered from an ischemic stroke using naturopathic techniques. A balanced diet helped, excluded animal protein from the diet. Mandatory omega-3 dosage of 500 EPA and 250 DHA, cold pressed hemp oil, sunflower lecithin, vitamins B9 and B12 are mandatory. Eliminated fast carbohydrates from food. Be sure to exercise daily and walking (if possible), joint gymnastics even lying down. Only positive thoughts. Breathing according to Buteyko’s technique helped very well, drank warm clean water so that platelets were normal. She used freshly squeezed beet-carrot juice. And the complex cleaning of the body: it is necessary to clean the intestines, carry out antiparasitic cleansing, clean the liver and kidneys and the lymphatic system.
