I had an apocalyptic dream also. I am in Ohio. My dream was very detailed with sirens, explosions, blinding lights and an odd odor. I knew we were under attack. The government was wrong when they claimed the nuclear weapons couldn't penetrate the air defense systems.
Ive been using this every night since it came out I had a crazy lucid dream today I was fully in control and knew that I was dreaming, one big tip is you can wake up around 4-5AM (I wake up anyway to do my fajir prayer) then listen to it twice and go back to sleep you will for sure have lucid dreams

@@-_-369-_- I’m not sure about this video but 211.44 hz frequency is Neptune’s. which bring very strong intuition and sometimes lucid dreaming.i don’t recommend using it if your are mainly extroverted person though .

You mean what you can do with lucid dreaming? Control your dreams, have fun dreams like flying, you can learn a new talent you'll wake up with (like if you want to learn to play the piano or learn a new language), and you can use it to heal yourself from sickness or disease. You can also talk to your spiritual guide and they can take you on journals places.
And there's definitely more things you can do too. Like using portals to travel to other realities and stuff. But anything else you can discover for yourself.
@asas_3 What that user said. When lucid you can control where you travel to, but that's in a dream while sleeping. Astral traveling is actually leaving your body and then traveling. Which you can also use for visiting places, asking questions, talking to your spirit guide, healing, etc.
