this is one of my favourites from Em. Songs like this aren't just for shock value, its the talent between the words that amazes me the most but on these kinda songs especially (I'm back, Criminal, Role Model etc) you can hear so much passion and love for the craft in every syllable. The shock value adds to it of course but its like no other rap I have heard. Nothing can ever come close to what this man has done and continues to do. Em is just the GOAT when it comes to rap and always will be, idc what anyone says.
To me this is one of the most underrated songs of eminem, Not cause people hate it but i never hear people mention this song when talking bout the mmlp What a gem.
Its crazy that the "Should I dye my hair pink and care what y'all think? Lip sync, and buy a bigger size of ear rings?" Still applies to a lot of people 23 years later.
„And just say it ain’t mine” is such a fucking perfect cherry on top. Most people were completely fucked fucked up but this verse and then he throws this and finishes with „what’s my name?!” 😂
It is uncanny ngl. His smile and his dumbfounded laughs are pretty identical to what I imagine I looked like when I heard this for the first time growing up.

Notice many of Em's songs have a very pop-like song structure. [Chorus - verse - chorus - verse - bridge - chorus-chorus] could be considered as the baseline pop song structure.
