Tinapay ng Pinoy - SPANISH BREAD

Spanish Bread are fat rolls of bread dusted with breadcrumbs all over. The texture from the breadcrumbs makes them a delight to eat. The chunky filling that is sweet and buttery.
Ingredients
3 cups flour
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 tbsp margarine/butter
2 tsp instant yeast
1 egg
FILLING
¾ cups flour
¾ cups brown sugar
½ cup margarine/butter
