    One of my favorite documentaries from back in the day; it taught my sister to love spiders and hate wasps. I remember watching this part with her, and at the big reveal in the end, she rolled her eyes and went "Of course it's a bloody wasp! Big surprise!"

    The spider isn't friends with the grub, chances are it doesn't know it's even there. But wasps are assholes.

    Plot twist: They were actually really good friends, best friends in fact. They grew up with together, the grub was actually too weak to live on its own and the spider offered to take care of it. As the grub grew it started to realize that it was becoming more violent, it scared him. He continued to change and when the two weeks were up his true wasp nature took over and killed his beloved friend. As he lay dying the spider said "..lets meet again...in the next life..Goodbye..my friend..."

    This video reminds me of the tarantula hawk wasp but it stings the tarantula, paralyzing it lays the egg and puts it down a hole and covers it and the larva eats it alive

    Implants its baby in a host then flies off to let the host deal with it. Reminds me of certain humans.

    I love how the music effectively gives emotion to insects, the most emotionless animals, and how it makes me relate this to human beings.
    The spider is a women artist having a baby

    I came here to watch this spider's beauty and activities but instead this video was actually about this poor spider's slow death. 😓

    @Thegiant1 well it only takes two weeks for the grub to mature so the spider is dead long before it's molt but it's still a very good point if it was attached right before a molt the spider might cheat death but then again for how long before another wasp comes around

    A life for a life. One soul left so another can come into this world. Nature is cruel, but in that cruelness hides true beauty, and it's all intentional.

    Why people are calling the wasp evil? Lol they're just animal following their instincts in order to survive even humans they tend to kill spiders just because they're scared of them

    So what are the point of those damn wasps? Poor spider is just livin' life and they lay an egg on it, so it sucks the life out of the spider and becomes a new wasp to lay another egg? At least spiders eat the annoying bugs. Wasps are just...a waste -_-

    Why are BBC's nature shows so much more intricate, informative, and all around .....gorgeous than our American nature shows.
    I mean, Too Cute is absolutely wonderful, but we have these rough, gory shows of mostly lions, and tigers. Occasional hyenas, wolves eating prey, clse up shots. Enough is enough.......
    I mean, where are all the bug shows......lol

    this proves creationism

    • @Rayalot72
      @Rayalot72 7 років тому +1

      Erm, no. IC has to be one of the weakest creationist arguments. It's not very hard for one trait to start out simple and then develop further and further over time, especially while other creatures develop. This leads to an alienation from the original starting phases. You are making an argument from personal incredulity.
