I know this is off topic but I've been getting into art and I've been taking it seriously to try and get better. I wanted to try to make it a career but that's probably not going to happen. What's your take on AI? Do you think it will replace like most artists in the next 5 years? I heard that they're already replacing a lot of entry level jobs and Disney been used it to make like the Loki artwork for the show.
My honest take on AI is that it will reduce available work for artists. But I don't believe it will ever replace artists, strictly speaking. I feel this way for two reasons. First is that not all art is commercially driven, so there will always be a demand for human expression. Second, I have always made art because I thought it was cool... in other words, I make art for me - and I don't think that's going away either. I also studied art history for my architecture degree and if there's one thing I learned it's that where there's a wave, there's a backlash. No trend lasts forever, and I don't see AI production being any different. I hope this answers your question. Thanks for watching!
@@moltenbolt thanks. I think alot of people are scared of it now with it replacing a lot of jobs anything that uses a computer. I enjoy art so I'll keep doing it. If I get to work as an artist that will be a bonus .
