Legendary Kolkata Restaurants | Park Street Heritage Restaurants | Best of Park Street Food

Good Food Bro went on a food journey to explore the heritage legendary restaurants of Park Street Kolkata. The day started with lunch at Peter Cat, where he tasted beautifully prepared Dum Ki Raan and the iconic Chelo Kebab. Following this on the opposite footpath, he stepped inside Mocambo to savour some famous preparations like Devilled Crab and Chicken A La Kiev. For dessert, there was Baked Alaska. A few buildings away lies Bar-B-Q known for Kolkata-style Chinese cuisine. Good food Bro started a bowl of Golden Fried Prawn. While in the main course, he had Bar-B-Q Special Chowmein along with Kung Pao Chicken. Park Street food is a bit posh. And on the expensive side.
But it's HANDS DOWN the BEST continental hub in Kolkata. Maybe even all of India.
Park Street is basically British town.

The reason of similarities between Peter Cat & Mocambo is because the owner is same Nitin Kothari. His son Siddharth is now at the helm of the things. One of my favourite in Mocambo is Angels n Horseback. Chicken wrapped in bacons, served with brown rice. Anyway, your presentation is not as dry and insipid as the kebabs of Peter Cat. Keep it up.
