2 Belly Pork 2条 五花肉
30g Ginger, smashed 30克 姜, 拍碎
2 Spring Onion 2条 青葱
50ml HuaDiao wine 50毫升 花雕酒
3 Garlic, minced 3粒 蒜头, 切碎
1 teaspoon Chicken powder 1茶匙 鸡精粉
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱青
3 tablespoon Char siu sauce 3汤匙 叉烧酱
Sauce 酱料:
100ml Water 100毫升 水
1 tablespoon Honey 1汤匙 蜜糖
Left over Marinate sauce 剩下的腌料蜜汁叉烧 Honey Roasted Char Siew

8 Prawn 8只 虾
¼ Green capsicum ¼粒 青灯笼椒, 切片
¼ Red capsicum ¼粒 红灯笼椒, 切片
½ Carrot ½条 萝卜, 切片
2 Eggs 2粒 鸡蛋
1 Spring onion 1条 青葱
Seasonings 调味料 :
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce 1茶匙 酱油
1 teaspoon Sesame oil 1茶匙 麻油
1 teaspoon Sugar 1茶匙 糖
1 tablespoon Hot broad bean paste 1汤匙 辣豆瓣酱
1 tablespoon Potato flour 1汤匙 马铃薯粉

Marinate Scallops 腌带子:
3 tablespoon Ginger juice
1 teaspoon Light soy sauce
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
Ingredients 配料:
300g Asparagus 300克 芦笋
½ Carrot ½条 萝卜, 切片
5 Ginger slices 5片 姜
2 Garlic, slices 2粒 蒜头, 切片
Seasonings 调味料 :
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
1 teaspoon Light soy sauce
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce 1茶匙 蚝油
1 teaspoon Chicken powder 1茶匙 鸡精粉
1 tablespoon Potato flour 1汤匙 马铃薯粉
