Is 200 FT Pallavaram Thoraipakkam radial road’s amazing growth sustainable?

Over the last 15 years Pallavaram Thoraipakkam 200 feet radial road has seen the best developers, best schools, best colleges, companies and hospitals. However does this growth take into consideration the ecological balance of the stretch. Will residents have short term gain long term pain or vice versa?
