Hey Jason! Great content here, not sure if you know much about internal mental health opportunities but I'm currently on active duty pursuing my Master's in Social Work on the Army's dime to become a mental health clinician for soldiers. There is also something called the LTHET which, though CRIMINALLY underadvertised, allows soldiers to get a doctorate in things like psychology, social work, health administration, public health, and more. Just some similar resources for your currently serving audience! Thanks for spreading the word about things like this.
