    Lovely cake and a wonderful tutorial. Which whipping cream did you use for the rosettes? Also, why didn't you use thr same frosting for both the parts of the cake?

      I used Richs non dairy whipping cream. Non dairy cream doesn't take dark colours well and since the client wanted these shades had to use Buttercream for the base. Using buttercream for the rosettes on top would have become too heavy and too sweet hence whipped cream :)

    Hi.. Nice video.. What's the usual weight of a giant cupcake?? M sure its pretty hard to make it in one kg. So what should an ideal weight?? Tia

    • @adoniyaacademy
      @adoniyaacademy  6 років тому +2

      This was almost 3 kgs. But u could make it smaller by starting off with 6 inch cakes instead of 8 inch like I did. Yes 1kg would be tough. Maybe 1.5kgs can be done :)

    Why not buy a cupcake pan instead of using a bunch of cake to make a cupcake. That’s a waste of cake.
