It's an upgraded ar cloak ability that allows you to hide bodies so that the enemies dont find the bodies.

dishonored let you turn people to ash, rats eat them, if you play on resistance its trickier, the gun jamming is useful, you can't be this careless in resistance mode one gunshot will bring hell down.
