Headed back to Grant who passes to McAlinden who passes to French, who passes to Sibley. CU. Spectator shouting. CU. Wakefield dashing for ball. He passes, leaving Warren sitting in mud. Hoyle beats Stubbs for ball but Stubbs rushes in and heavily charges Hoyle. Play stops. SV. Crowd. SCU. Goalkeeper Hoyle taking free kick. GV. At other end Bristol Rovers try a snap shot but ball is easily saved and cleared upfield. SV. Crowd - for half time. CU. Southend kick off. SV. Goalkeeper Hoyle dives for back pass. Though harassed he clears ball booted upfield. SV. Crowd, lead to goal. SV. Bradford scoring for Bristol. Pan players congratulating SV. Crowd. LV. Roost colliding with Sheard. SV. Crowd. LV. Roost being carried off. CU. Type. LV. Bristol taking free kick. Ball out to Sibley he is heavily charged over by Lambden. They shape up referee intervenes. SV. Crowd. GV. Nice Southend passing as lead up to equaliser. SV. Stubbs equalising for Southend. SV. Crowd cheering. LV. Bristol attack. Bradford shoots.
    Ball hits post and rolls along goal line until it sticks in mud. Three players arrive at the same time on goal line but goalie collects and clears. CU. Excited woman who has lost something from hair. GV. Hectic play in front of Bristol's goal mouth. Ball partially cleared, but McAlinden boots it back. Jack French receives and scores winning goal. Pan to Players applauding.
