Bechamel Sauce Cauliflower Cheese

Hello! This recipe is one of my favorite cauliflower dish which include creamy bechamel sauce with melting cheese on top! Delicious, easy and make you eat cauliflower if you are not really fan of it! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cauliflower
- Water (To cook)
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 2 Cup Milk
- Mozzarella Cheese (cover on top)
