Not so fast . . . . He is using kg plates. 45 lb plates weigh 20.4 kg . . . . So . . . they look like 45 lb plates, but they are, in fact, supposed to be 44 lb plates, AND, on top of that they were 0.1 kg under that, so they are actually, in fact, 43.9 lb plates. Basically, they are glorified bumper plates, which are in turn glorified fake plates . . . . Larry Wheels is taking notes . . . . In all seriousness though, pretty stellar lift. 😂
Over a year later, I'm delivering you your 🌹 🌹 🌹 now!!! Great job, & love how you gave it another chance after not being happy with yourself in the first one. Talk about dedication wanting to prove to yourself that your were capable of lifting the weight!!!
Definitely real weights i like the raw take so you can tell you never switched weights, and you dropped them so we can hear it and did a scale. Yep 2nd one definitely counts great job
Ok, I'll admit, harder than it looks 25 pound plates as a natural warrior, breeze right though it. Again, I'll send you a video link once I put the 45s. I'm thinking db weight resistence but damn that drag is tougher than the KB lol. Well done dude
I'm feeling like you did an upright row instead of what Stallone did. You're also much taller. He was leaning all the way over and lifted them up in the first movement with almost no lift coming from his arms. Really he just flares them out a little. Cuz you're taller there's almost no lift using your back at all. It's like a fifth the movement. To do it properly you would have to put the weights further out in front of you and then you'd likely just not be able to do it. You actually did have them in front of you so kudos. And you're a fucking beast to be able to do it at all. But this is like cheat squatting way over your 1 Rep max if you're not lifting them from a bent over position.
This is no easy lift. Well done. 2nd attempt was better. I could do those rock stomach crunchies at 15ys of age. That was no easy task. Lol I broke the bench at the local gym attempting those. Hold the bench behind your head and lower your feet then reRaise them to vertical.
the accent sounds really Finnish, greetings from Finland, just check out Hydraulic Press Channel and compare their accents :D + the room setup and the whole atmosphere of the video seems really Finnish XD
Ronnie Coleman is capable of doing 10 reps with 50 pound dumbbells performing shoulder lateral raises. So is this possible, of course.. however this is Ronnie Coleman we’re talking about with steroids and at his peak. For someone to perform this one rep max would require a tremendous amount of strength. On top of this, moving 90 pounds in front of you would definitely have you tilt forward, something that doesn’t seem to happen even in this video. For those two reasons, my opinion us that both are using fake weights
Here is a video of me doing 5 reps with 90 pound dumbbells: ua-cam.com/video/QByc8ZQH5nY/v-deo.html Is that fake too? How was the video faked? By the way - what is your theory that how did I fake this video? The video never cuts and I weigh the weights right after I lift them. Obviously you have all the rights to believe what you want - I'm just little curious to know your theory on this.
Ethyr3al Coleman was able to do 12 reps with 200 pounds so I think you underestimated how strong he was. But the challenge with Stallone is fake. Many bodybuilders analyzed it and he is an old guy (over 70) which makes him literally impossible to be strong enough to do this.
That 2nd attempt looked pretty good
God damn, coach Greg! U even found this video and gave credit where credit is due. Much respect.
🐐

@@erminlegler7812 he did say after comparing the kg to lb that he " thinks he would be able to do it." In his opinion.
That 2nd one looked legit I’ve seen many attempts at this challenge and your video is the Best I’ve seen so far!!!!
I agree the best one yet.
The grunting was even on the same level or even better than Stallone 😀
Very FEW people will be able to do this
I did it💪💪
Humble man does not want to be recognized in public and told to do this everywhere he goes. 😉
Over a year later, I'm delivering you your 🌹 🌹 🌹 now!!! Great job, & love how you gave it another chance after not being happy with yourself in the first one. Talk about dedication wanting to prove to yourself that your were capable of lifting the weight!!!
The guy sitting on his knees holding the plates grunting before the lift had me dying 😂 but great lift!
Nice, definitely this counts and so far the best I seen.
Only person I've seen actually pull it off 👏
That looks pretty legit. Best attempt I’ve seen. Weights seem pretty legit.
He has a mask, he is Stallone himself.
Had me shaking watching you set those plates near your bare feet 😭
I kept flintching!!!
He’s the first one that has actually done this movement, you can tell when there fake and his definitely weren’t 💪🏽

Stallone's didn't lean back like that though. When picking up the weights.
It's like he's in Stallone's basement 😅

Ok, I'll admit, harder than it looks

My man did that in a living room filled with nothing but weights and hard copy books. That’s the most Slavic shit I’ve seen. Sil’nyy!!!
Count...!!

No. lol

The only difference is yours were real, his looked fake

Damn
How old is Stallone?
Except you're not leaning over plates like Sly,
Is that HHH?? LOL
wrong he was lining forward
This is no easy lift. Well done. 2nd attempt was better. I could do those rock stomach crunchies at 15ys of age. That was no easy task. Lol I broke the bench at the local gym attempting those. Hold the bench behind your head and lower your feet then reRaise them to vertical.
Of course this guy can do it he’s is Russian or German. Lol
Sounds more finnish
the accent sounds really Finnish, greetings from Finland, just check out Hydraulic Press Channel and compare their accents :D + the room setup and the whole atmosphere of the video seems really Finnish XD

Why is this guys face covered, is he going too get whacked if stallone knows his identity lol ?
Why have you got your brothers gusset over your face
That was anti climax
Just pick the dammm thing up. No need for all the talking
Maybe but what's done is done
FAIL!!
You got to lean forward!
