That's a good question about soul deals. Can someone in a contract enter another one? Can a contract be canceled out by another? I'd imagine it could involve a fight between the demons in question. (For example Alastor needs to fight Valentino.) If that's the case, couldn't Angel make a "contract" with Charlie?
