As we all know packaged food is full of preservatives and artificial colors, still we are consuming it because we don't plan our meal.
In this video I am sharing with you time saving kitchen tips/hacks for healthy lifestyle. These tips will help you in indian vegetarian meal planning or pre-preparation of meal planning for the whole week.
All of them are tried and tested kitchen tips which you can easily use in your cooking on day to day basis.
My kitchen companion for making batters is Borosil’s fortune mixer grinder. This has pure copper motor and sturdy body which is long lasting and will not slip while operating, this mixer grinder makes my job much easier while planning my weekly meals

Very nice video. What I do for the veggie mix is that on friday we make pav bhaji. and then the same bhaji is used for the rest of the snacks like you showed till about tuesday. On top of a toast with chai or with left over pao also.
Friday to Tuesday - Come on - your family deserves something fresh atleast once in 2 days . Don’t be so lazy. Already cooked vegetables don’t have any nutrients, on top of that you are using the old cooked veggies for 5 days is not good for your growing children. As it is pav is
maida and has no nutrition. Please sister think about the health of your family and do something simple and fresh everyday.
