    I remember a few time will would use traditional Filipino music using tam-tam when we practice our flow

    Hey Paul! great video! Carranza has been a challenge for me to overcome. In my training, I do a slow flow with a piece of rebar cut to 28". Its great for conditioning and cardio and I get a little strength training in as well.

      Carranza is definitely one of those exercises that is not easy and takes a lot of practice to build flow. Stay with it. It will come with practice 🙏🏼👍🏼🐅
