நீங்கள் சொன்ன மாதிரி செய்தேன். மிகவும் அருமையான அதிரசம் வந்தது. மிக்க நன்றி. நீங்கள் கூறும் டிப்ஸ் மிகவும் உபயோகமாக உள்ளது.
அம்மா பல வருடம் ஆச்சு அதிரசம் சாப்பிட்டு. இன்னிக்கு இப்பிடி செஞ்சி பாத்தேன். அம்மா கையால செஞ்சது போல் அருமையாக வந்தது. கோடி நன்றி அம்மா! ♥️♥️♥️
Mami my whole family like u soo much, especially my brother's son he was 3 nd 1/2 yrs old he loves u soo much, always he play with vessels only😄and he told vanakam na ungal yogambal sundar then only he starts playing 🙂.. And always says mami azhaga samaikaralono mami azhaga irukalono.. That much u have impressed all by ur cooking🙏

I made this sweet just now with a bit of improvement. Wet the rice flour a bit and followed exactly the same recipe as shown by Mami... And with the first try I should say it's really awesome yummilicious and the softness is like the same traditional adhirasam. Thanks Mami, with this anyone can make this difficult sweet without any difficulty.

I made it in a little different way, it worked maami, I sprinkled water to rice flour and mixed it like for puttu and prepared eera arisi maavu, then prepared it like the regular way. I will try your recipe and see.

Madam, one tip for the complaint that the dough becomes tough the next day is, always add one spoon only of fresh curds and remix the dough so that adirasams will come out well for spreading and also will remain soft the next day after frying. Many times I had done it the traditional way only to find them not soft but crispy. I came across this tip and this has never failed me.
