There is something touching in seeing a famous actor like Aaron Paul, taking his time while accessing step by step to stardom...cool.

3:59 Actually in Polish her last name is pronounced rah-thai-KOV-ski (caps = stressed syllable). They both tend to shorten pronounciation by skipping J (in Polish it is pronounced like Y in English). Also W in Polish is ALWAYS pronounced like V in English. Polish phonetic system isn't easy for Anglophone world, but it has one big advantage: it's very consistent. If you know how to pronounce certain syllables, you are able to pronounce correctly every word which you will see for the first time in newspaper, book or internet. There are exceptions obviously but very few.
It is not true that W in Polish is always pronounced like V in English, it's sometimes pronounced like F ;p There is voicing and devoicing, for example after constant "rz" is pronounces like "sz" or sometimes "w" is pronounced like "f". This is why Polish isn't a fully phonetic language, but it's pretty close ;p
And to be fair, she is not Polish, she has Polish ancestors and Polish surname, but she never lived in Poland or speak Polish, so she is using English pronounciation of her surname, which is totally fine and normal.
