The Miller Brothers: Two of the Smartest Men in Glen Ellyn History

Local historian and author Dan Anderson shares a tidbit of Glen Ellyn history about two brothers, Herman and Otto Miller, who originally ran an ice delivery service in Glen Ellyn. They had the foresight to open up the village's first auto repair garage and later a Chalmers and Maxwell dealership -- at a time when Glen Ellyn had only four cars! When you grab coffee at Starbucks on Crescent today, you are standing in their showroom.
