It’s beautiful! I recently updated my bedroom. I had the same bedding since 2006. My daughter gave me her white bedding and lamps and I bought white curtains. The room now just looks crisp and fresh. Not dark and dreary like it used to be.
I love how it turned out. You're right, you can start small, and gradually turn the space into your dreamspace. When things start opening up here I want to change our bedroom curtains, buy other beddings and maybe a rug. I can't wait🤗

Ashley please do more of these videos! I love these. Both makeovers are really well done. I love to decorate using high and low price points and shopping my home first. By changing my bedding and bed really changed the look and feel of my space. Ive also changed out my faucets and light fixtures throughout throughout my home. Overstock is a really good online source. I also keep the bedding packaging to keep my other spare comforters in. I'm a huge advocate for keeping your space clean and fresh. It makes a difference. I make my bed every morning and tidy up daily. I despise clutter as well. I have a nice touch lamp on my cabinet in the foyer.
Ohh....I really like the new comforter ...chenille is my favorite texture on fabric! I’m going out the door now to shop for some new items to refresh some areas in our home....hope I find some goodies!
I love this refresh! For anyone looking for a similar comforter; Better Homes and Gardens has an off white version with the texture. I got mine at Wal-Mart for 68.00!! (This was King size). Hands down, it is my favorite comforter I've ever owned. Its super soft, very heavy. I just purchased mine a couple months ago, so I'm sure its still available.

I loved budget 1 until I saw budget 2 and for that price still very reasonable and that mirror was a really good idea...perfect place! Taking out the grey and adding white totally transforms the room ❤️❤️❤️🙋🏻♀️🇬🇧💕
A duvet cover is cheaper, I try to keep the same comforter and just change the duvet cover when I want a different look. Over the years I have collected a lot of comforters and they are harder to store

I like the white bedding decor and the lamps. The room looks brighter and bigger. I updated the lamps and comforter in our bedroom and wow what a difference. Have you ever thought about spray painting the curtain rods? Maybe a gray or a color similar to the curtain color.
