Boss Warrior of Light a New 2000 Years - Different Future Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin - Ігри
This is what Jack had waited for to see Warrior of Light get this powerful after thousands of years.
Crazy mindbreaker for those who don't realize it yet.
Jack's plan was to have the four warriors of light to appear on their own to confront the darkness, born in Cornelia.
But that never happened up until these four showed up.
Dissidia duodecim notes that the Warrior of Light was in fact not a native of Cornelia, but a Manikin modeled after the Lufenian named Cid.
Stranger of Paradise now seems to confirm this in the Rift DLC, where your friendly monster allies mention in their dialogue that the new warriors of light are from another dimension, and not from Cornelia.
Its a bit fuzzy due to the retcons and mixed timelines, but from what I can gather is that the Lufenians are no more (thank Nil)
But Cid of the Lufenians has bargained a deal with the extra-dimensional entity called Shinryu to leave his physical form behind.
Cid is still trying to fuel the conflict between harmony and discord for Shinryu, Thus creating the Warrior(s) of Light to fight Jack Garland and bring balance to Cornelia.
Its not that Cid is doing this out of his Loyalty to Lufenia or even that he likes doing it.
But overall its a bit ironic that even after all this effort, pain and planning, Jack is still unknowingly a part in a Lufenian's plan.
Jack with Garland Armor vs Warrior of Light... PERFECTION!!
Damn never thought you can make the warrior of light this cool
Amazing battle. I was looking forward to this one. The Warrior has returned stronger.
the moment where the final Boss of Final Fantasy has more character building then the protagonist.
quality over quantity.
can't wait for the music of both this fight and the Jack fight.
The Warrior of Light's armor in the second phase, that's his EX appearance in the Dissidia series.
I think, for it to return to Sacred timeline, Jack let's the other three fight. Respecting their journey together just like he did with his four fiends, he fights and loses, becomes chaos and loses.
He use to threaten to knock them all down. Looks like he was able to follow through 75% of the time.
If you can, find and equip Lionheart and use Extra Mode. You may lose half of the rewards but hey infinite Invincibility!
I would love a wol skin like we got with estos
Welp you're in luck, after beating jack, you get him as a playable skin
Someone is going to be happy then.
The power of respawn
"...and that is the story of me and my undying nemesis."
I am having the hardest time getting anywhere in phase 2. Phase 1 isn't complicated it's just precision and repetition and stay focused. Any advice or tips or build recommendations? I've mostly been doing this with Dark Knight at 250.
Use extra mode with runic protection if your struggling.
For legit play, you really gotta pay attention to his thrust attacks animations till it clicks with you.
The random harmony of light during thrust attacks can still catch you of guard and kill the run.
Can you change THoL into LoO form during your fight against Garland. The lastest battle of the game when you exchange your role as a player.
good played for safe mode
Wait?
What build are you using and how can I build it?
Or better yet, how did you start on chaos/lightbringer mode? Did they add back Extra mode?
When you select any mission, press triangle and you have extra mode to progress story or grind gear.
@@BuffMaister OMG thank you so much!
I grinded the hell out of this DLC on the 27th. Guess my brain was so rotten after the Emperor than I thought the game had disabled Extra Mode entirely for this difficulty just like they did with Floor 21+ of the rift.
Could have saved me hours back then but now I have a clear path to the true end for the 4th time!
CHAOS!!!@#21
고수
I hope we get another Game like FF2 or FF3 in paradise they could go all way 6 and leave 789 alone
Honestly considering what happened with the emperor where garland stripped him of his power and threw him into portal stating “maybe starting back out at the bottom will improve your mood” makes me feel like if we get a sequel it will be the emperor
@@sootythunder3111 I figured that was more of a reference to overarching storyline of Dissidia Opera Omnia, though I'm not that familiar with it
@@NajaSide I mean it’s open enough that it could go either way
@@sootythunder3111 Oh yeah for sure. It's very open to connections for future games, even if they're not directly related. They've been building on that tradition more and more lately.
Actually a game where we play as Sephiroth would be sick af don’t deny it
Man, if only the endgame wasnt so horribly designed so we could actually enjoy these fights.
Too bad we can't have the classic warrior of light skin
you kids cry over everything
@@burnersforhim don't judge me if you are a true final fantasy fan you would also love to play as that skin
@@norehltorresmolinary6599 not in a game where the main character is chaos. did you play this game or keep up with it at all? on the flip side of your argument, everyone wanted the chaos armor. now we have it.
@@burnersforhim im not talking about garland im talking about the warrior of light we can play as him in the game but as his dissidia version and not as his classic version im talking about the skin not the armor
@@norehltorresmolinary6599 it’s still not his game dog 🔥
Wow, this was super lame actually. What happened? Did the other Warriors of Light just join the party one dungeon ago? Or could they not think of any way for it to be an actually appropriate fight where you are the final boss against a party of heroes?
I think they were more interested in reusing the cinematic to save time/money also considering how much this game leans heavily into dissdia I think they went in knowing they wanted to make it more a representation of that were it’s the amano art representation of the Warrior of light as a focal point not the party from ff1
There is a lot between Gilgamesh, the emperor, hell even the moogle that guides you. As well as the new mannequin enemies. They are all directly from dissdia
I mean they're literally only showing the very first boss fight in FF1 to begin with. The Chaos Shrine is both the last and the first dungeon of the game and when you get to the end, you don't fight Garland a second time. The Warriors beating Garland is just the long term implication that they're at the start of the road through the final loop.
@@NajaSide nah I get the feeling that they retconned it so they fight garland again at the chaos shrine, every time garland wins he says “I’m looking forward to doing this again in 2,000yrs” in 2000 yrs he will fight the warriors of light loose there setting them on their path to get stronger while the fiends pull him back to wait in the chaos shrine 2000 yrs in the past, in each cycle they get a bit stronger and he fights all out in the past to test them. I think in the itteration of events in SoP that when Jack dies chaos will go unchecked and that the satan looking monster comes out. I think the fight is a test to see that after killing him they are strong enough to defeat chaos. Allowing a world that is free of chaos but whose peace is not dictated by the whims of lufenians and their machinations. The story ends suddenly after Jack dies because well……that’s it…..this was jacks story….he will never truely know if the WoL were strong enough to defeat chaos, all he could do is have faith in the training he gave them
@@sootythunder3111 i mean, not addressing all of that bc it gets answered simply by referring to the starting point of his time loop.
he made his starting point 2000 years before the Warriors even arrive, so he kills them and has to reset back 2000 years and wait for them fresh, just like in the original. so he goes back and time and sees them in another 2000 years. thats how that's always been. He just absorbs and becomes Chaos.
The voice doesn’t fit Garland. And the other Warriors Of Light are just lazy skins.
