After Dalton Millican passed away, Tyler Menniga took over. Larry Swim also started his career in Monster Patrol too, Ron Nelson and Jack Koberna were each Digger drivers for at least a couple years as well. Just some random ones I could think of.
I won't lie, alotta these combinations I actually do remember, never really forgot them. It just moreso makes me miss the old Era of Monster Jam because now I feel even older than I thought I was. XD
However, one year later in 2024 for Colton Eicrhelberger since then, he drove max d again in 2024 to fill-in for a injured after a nasty crash at the infamous in Indianapolis show for 2024 and he is taking over for him throughout the rest of the 2024 season also in max d
6:32 Swapping to Max-D make senes because Colton is Tom Meents’s son 6:44 It’s a missed opportunity for the Max-D 20Th Anniversary encore, as of 2023 wasn’t Tom’s lucky World Finals year… the same can be said of 2003 and 2008… 😕
I know I'm late to commenting this, but how about Adam Anderson in Megalodon and Ryan Anderson in Bakugan Dragonoid? They were the drivers of said trucks during the 2021 Points Championship series because Cory Rummell was in his native Rage during the season and Camden Murphy was temporarily furloughed due to pandemic budget cuts.
Other obscure pairings Chad Tingler in Safe Auto Minimizer (2005) Brandon Harrington in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle (2005-06) Frank Krmel in Hot Wheels (2007)
Honestly, one truck/driver combo I wish you'd mentioned was Lee O'Donnell in Taz during the 2007 season. That year, since Dennis Anderson was injured, Adam drove GD20 (except at the World Finals) and O'Donnell was tabbed to fill in in Adam's usual ride. There were a few of the pairings mentioned here that happened between 2006 and 2014 that I never actually forgot, but Lee O'Donnell driving Taz was one I nearly did until I started watching old episodes from that era again.
hello (just a comment) (unnecssary) Fun Fact: Equalizer and Brutus did an "exibition" run in World Finals 5 * i couldn't find the link* But you can search "monster jam world finals 5" in google and you can see the fandom page. Hey Eric can you do a video about monster truck sideshows such as robots Commonly used at monster truck shows please such as galactorn vs reptar robosoures vorion and list of others
Even though Krmel only had one season in Blue Thunder it was the best of his career in my opinion every stadium event he connected he pretty much rocked Also I didn't even know lee O'Donnell ran team suzuki Also mixed up which events cohen won he won freestyle on Saturday and racing on Sunday (it can be a little hard to understand) Good video
It was a one-time gig, but Marc McDonald drove Superman for Chad Fortune in 2006. Supposedly, this was because he was the only driver close enough to Chad's stature to fit in the seat.
Lee O’Donnell Blue Thunder (Atlanta 2008) George Balhan Backwards Bob - Lee O’Donnell Nitro Circus (Holland 2009) Nicole Johnson Advance Auto Parts Grinder (Young Guns Shootout 2012) Lee O’Donell Metal Mulisha (East Rutherford* 2016) Linsey Weenk Gas Monkey Garage (South Africa 2019)
No, he had driven since 1991, even filling-in for Dennis when he was injured in the 1990's. He was basically the first "Dennis but not Dennis" Grave Digger driver
It'll be tough considering half of them have no photos of that driver in the fire suit and we'll just have to go off of "Just trust me bro" type sources like the wiki.
6:50 lol spelling fail.

That mike wine story is crazy, I had no clue 😭😭😭
CORRECTION: Frolik filled in for Dennis Anderson at Indianapolis in 2001 which WAS televised
I Am So Disgusted Of What Mike Wine Did.

I think Shane Phreed in Monster Mutt is pretty obscure. He replaced Kevin Crocker in the middle of 2018 and drove until Pablo retired
I know it's a one off but Jim Koehler in Grave Digger lmao
Did double duty drove both GD and Avenger
Other obscure pairings
Chad Tingler in Safe Auto Minimizer (2005)
Brandon Harrington in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle (2005-06)
Frank Krmel in Hot Wheels (2007)
I actually saw Krmel drive Hot Wheels in Anaheim.
What about Ryan Anderson (2010)
@@leo-xc1bkif you watched the video you’d probably know that it’s number one.
In Spiderman
Kevin Crocker in Monster Mutt and Joey Parnell in El Toro Loco are 2 other obscure driver parings.

I could only name one (Idk if it's one or not but it's the only one I could think of)
Charlie Pauken in Taz
Honestly
I think one driver/truck combo people forgot abt was Cynthia driving Northern Nightmare
It didn't happen that event was cancelled.
