A great non-toxic perfume brand that I have grown to love is the brand Ffern. They handmake the fragrance seasonally with natural ingredients! I've been binging your content and love what you speak about. Have a lovely day! 😊
You are a smart lady! I learn so much from you ❤❤❤ I am inspired to stop buying a lot of these things you mentioned. It’s so true that we sometimes don’t even stop to think why we use these things
Yup I try to invest in clean products all around, from skin to household products! Great to see from the comment section that more people are becoming aware of the ingredients in products 😊 love your channel ❤
I am on a no buy ban for a while. I don't want to spend money. Agreed most teeth whiteners do not really do much so not worth the risk but that is crazy that what is allowed here is banned in the EU. And not just with teeth whiteners there are so many things in the products here that you don't find in Europe. I have never used or heard of Zoflora. Yes a lot of cheaply made things fall apart easily. I do not use nail polish anymore for the most part just clear. I will use press nails for special occasions and just do basic clear inbetween and the occasional mani. Great discussion here! 👍☺😙
OMG! thank you for this video, I resonate with you so much on everything you said, especially switching to more natural and organic products. I first switched to cruelty-free skin/body care products and makeup, then started looking into more organic and natural ingredients. Now my skin care consists of a cleanser and an oil (I use rosehip or grapeseed, depending on how my skin feels) --- and that's it! For body, I also use either grapeseed or coconut oil. Recently, I switched to bar soap shampoo and conditioner with natural ingredients and my scalp is loving it! Happy to hear that you are discovering the magics of the natural products too!
I am also trying to do better, instead of candles I use essential oils or I have a lavender plant or jasmine for indoor fragrance; I also knew that melatonin as a supplement is not good instead I do 10 minutes of rebounding 2 hours before bed and magnesium supplement, exposure to the sun before it sets helps with natural melatonin so I get a good quality sleep. I switch regular toothpaste for one without fluoride and only natural ingredients , I get the "Hello", it’s more expensive but it’s worth it but of course I quit sugar😅 for my skin I use organic grass fed Tallow and add patchouli essential oils to get rid of the smell and it works great. By the way I I’m so excited that I got my first genuine Italian leather bag from a very good quality shop from Italy, it’s very beautiful, minimalist and affordable 🤩 I love it . Thank you for your videos they are inspiring and I also hear your videos to go asleep, they are very relaxing. Sending love from Myrtle Beach, SC.
I used to be so Eco-Savvy, but then I became too fearful and stressed about it all - which led to me accepting way too many toxic products back into my life. I'm trying not to be wasteful and using up what I have but replacing everything with the healthier option again. I'm cancelling my Amazon subscription this year too. I have felt so much more peaceful buying less and buying from brands that my values align with. I'm also getting back into sewing so that I can mend things instead of throwing them away and repurpose things too. I don't want to become Orthorexic again, and I'm a big believer that if I make healthy choices 95% of the time then 5% of toxic items really wont make a difference in my health but will help me enjoy life much more 💖
That's wonderful! I am glad you are on this journey as well :) I used to spend so much time on online shopping, now I rarely ever buy anything and I like it that way. I focused on things that are a lot more important and fulfilling than just mindless shopping and consumption. The "eco-friendly" journey can be overwhelming sometimes too, so I am not putting any pressure on myself to get it all right. I just want to swap certain things and habits for better ones. Let's just try our best 💖
@@Ladyblue_official Yes, I agree so much with everything you said. I have stopped buying so much but I'm still working on getting rid of the shopping-habits. There are other, like you said, more important and fulfilling ways that I want to spend my time! ✨
@@elin_ for me, anything that feels irritating to the skin or strong, cheap fragrance. Like some Bath & Body Works products, artificial candles that I'm breathing in. I'm avoiding a lot of talc because I break out. Ingredients my body rejects and that don't feel healthy or nourishing to me.
I think I will stop buying and using candles as well. I have a lot and will use them up then I will stick to essential oils if needed. I have a lot of those as well. I can't stop the perfume buying, lol. But I am on a no-buy list for the next 3 months. Love your channel.
Hello Level Blue! I recently bought a skirt that you recommended from Daisy Silk and wanted to rewatch a video how you style it. But I couldn't find it anymore :( Why did you delete it?
I have yet to find the brand that I really like and can recommend. For now I am using up my Native deodorant, but it is not as "clean" in terms of ingredients. I would like to find a better one. If I find a very good one, I will definitely share :)

Totally agree with you. A lot of things are destroying us. Just keep it simple Thank you 😊
Thank you for your encouragement 😊
Pacifica makes good perfumes, mild in smell, natural. ❤
Great advice, small steps for a healthier lifestyle.
Thank you 😊
I’m not sure if you can get Laundress in Germany but they make wonderful laundry detergent.
thank you for the recommendation, I will have a look :)
Great video, which stainless steel pot set did you end up getting?
Thank you! I got Fissler pots (German brand) - amzn.to/3T8mnVP

Thank you for letting me know, I will try it
The best deodorant is one you can make yourself with coconut oil and baking soda and make a paste.
Could you recommend a clean deodorant? I’m in the US and our products are just not very good. Even the ones marked “Natural”.
I have yet to find the brand that I really like and can recommend. For now I am using up my Native deodorant, but it is not as "clean" in terms of ingredients. I would like to find a better one. If I find a very good one, I will definitely share :)
Try making your own through experimentation. My husband has had great results. He also makes his own cologne.
Ok but girl we all know Cliganic and Now are Amazon brands lol.
Hello dear nice enerji bravo my love
