The USB Killer 2.0 outputs the power to the data circuit so it's not surprising the Nokia 3310 don't do anything sinc you use a charging adapter that onli use the 5V DC connector. If you want to kill it you should use the USB Killer 1.0 which output is the power circuit. I would be happy if you would test it.
